Refund policy

If a faulty product is received, a claim must be submitted with valid evidence to nz.ekits@gmail.com If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
No refunds will be given if a battery doesn’t fit or kit won’t fit, as measurements are all given.
